Rack of Lamb with Curry Glaze, Grilled Cumin- Crusted Tuna with Mango Habanero Salsa, Center Cut Ribeye Steak with Red Wine Garlic Sauce, Ragout of Duck & Andouille Sausage, Blackened Scallops on Pasta Alfredo, Wine Braised Rabbit with Summer Vegetables. Breakfast in the dining room is included each morning in your room rate. In addition, lunch and dinner can be provided for business meetings and groups by request.
